Some articles are jittery when the top bar is set to auto hide

Problem

Here is an example article for which this happens: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/1985-toyota-tercel-high-mileage-1.7597168

When you scroll down to the middle, it then forces a scroll to the bottom and wont let me scroll back up.

So far I have noticed this only in desktop browsers, not so much in mobile.

It also seems to be more of an issue for longer articles with images.

Workaround

Disable autohide top bar in prefs.
