Plugin for showing a split view of a document

This is a plugin for showing a split view of a document in Gedit 3. It is a port of Mike Doty's Gedit 2 plugin.

To install this plugin, copy the files into ~/.local/share/gedit/plugins/ and restart Gedit. Then activate the plugin through the preferences.
