I don't think your question is clear enough. Could you perhaps rephrase it or be more specific about what you'd like to happen/do?

It seems to me that you would like to have zoom-to-content-width, continuous mode, but no overlap? (And that it stays after reopening the book, because the 1.0 zoom mode apparently...
