Syncing between PC and N900 issue

I have a Dropbox running on my PC (Debian testing). I change a script/file in a dropbox folder shared between PC and N900, but when I press SYNC NOW dropn900 pushes the old version to my account rather than downloading the newest, edited on PC.

Great app otherwise.
