Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When trying to set in redshift.conf only the dusk-time or the dawn-time, Redshift complains that: "Partial time-configuration not supported". However, even if I like using Redshift in the evening, I don't use it in the early morning.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to set only the dusk-time.

Just set dawn-time to 05:00 or something similar.

But if I set the dawn-time to 5:00, I'm losing the advantage of automatic dusk time (since I can't set partial time as stated before: I have then to set the dusk time to 7pm for example).
