With manually specified lat/long redshift toggles between day and night
Redshift switches back and forth between day and night mode when I manually specify a lat/long that is in night and geoclue identifies a time zone that is day.

To reproduce
- Connect to a VPN in a different time zone
Run the command

**Expected behavior**
It is currently night (22.27) at this lat/long. The program should redshift and stay redshifted
**Error output/logs/screenshots**
Every couple of seconds it switches between night and day modes. I closed all active foreground programs - same problem. I shut off VPN, so geoclue had same timezone as the one specified - still same problem.

I have the same problem with Kubuntu 21.04 with KDE 5.80.0 and Plasma 5.21.4 using X11 (not Wayland) when I configured the redshift timeslot manually or using the geocoordinates with the KDE system configuration app for night colors.
Same taggles when I use the example "redshift -l 55.7:12.6 -t 5700:3600 -g 0.8 -m randr -v" in a command line.
