Update image sizes on layout, to handle rotation

This pull adds an `onLayout` callback so that pictures in the gallery are resized upon device rotation.

AePageObjects::Select should have a method to return the text of the option selected

Currently, you can use node.value to get the value of the selected option, but it would be nice if there were a method on Select objects to return the text...
