[REQ] Support 90Hz and 120Hz display (don't limit to 60Hz)

Describe the problem that needs solving Currently my OnePlus phone with Android 13 can display the app at 60FPS, which is slow compared to other apps.

Describe the solution you'd like There is a patch somewhere if you use Flutter.
