Not currently. This will need some kind of background service that can load a subscription's timeline proactively. I'll have a think about how this can be implemented 🙂

It seems like the BBC Sounds website only updates the "now playing" when the tab is actually focused. ~As soon as you move focus away, it seems to stop updating...
It doesn't work correctly for live radio either - see my comment above: https://github.com/web-scrobbler/web-scrobbler/issues/5730#issuecomment-3595720677. The old code had separate logic for live and recorded shows. Perhaps that's still needed?
