Gmail support

Hi, Maybe I've missed this but does buzz supports using with Gmail? If so it would help if there was a section in the readme about setting this up. Thanks!

Unfortunately GMail has disabled IMAP support, making it quite difficult to access with a third-party client like buzz. I believe https://github.com/jonhoo/rust-imap/pull/243 is what'll be needed to re-enable access, though that hasn't seen progress in some time sadly.
