Relate Logs created from LWC and called Apex methods

New Feature Summary

I'd like to be able to relate Logs created from LWCs with Logs created from the Apex methods that they call in a similar or even better (#499) way to the way that batchable methods can relate Logs to each other with setParentLogTransactionId().
