Error Messages: duplicate value found: EventUuid__c duplicates value on record with id: a015a00001Ma91J duplicate value found: EventUuid__c duplicates value on record with id: a015a00001Ma91K ... and so on

This is occurring in a sub-Flow that is called by a Scheduled Flow.
