Add a field on LogEntry__c to filter on user/username within list views

The current field on LogEntry__c for the username is a formula field, and it currently doesn't work in list views when trying to filter for a specific user/username. A new field (or possibly updating the existing field?) is needed so that it's easy to filter by user on any LogEntry__c list view.
