Add reconnect to mqtt broker

If the computer for example changes from LAN to Wifi it seems to lose the connection to the mqtt broker. The same happens when going to sleep and then waking up. The workaround today is to restart the computer. Is it possible to have an automatic broker reconnect (retry every second or something like that)?
