With this change, if someone decides to change the value of the new properties, all the messages from the core and standard plugins will disappear, right ? How did you...
Note that this will not change the behavior of the logs in the plugins until they are recompiled against the new core (but at least it is binary compatible)
Switching to a maintained log system is tracked at https://dev.lutece.paris.fr/jira/browse/LUTECE-2065 I looked into it a bit today and it seems feasible.
Not sure about this change of keeping the request in the init method for all admin features..
