help text for changeCase and inflection

I have found my self always going to changeCase and inflection github readme to findout what command is available and what its output.

It would be helpfull to have that help text with example when doing hygen help output.

If this is something that can be considered, I will be happy to take a shot at it and do a PR if you have and guiding tips on best way to do it.

I should think a code block with an example of each transformation, and maybe a short note on transform would cover it. Plus clear links to each set of docs.
