improve appium error experience

  • dump appium logs to test logs (debug mode?)
  • let doctor verify capabilities requested from appium, or maybe appium can do that. in any case need to handle a "requesting ios 9.3 but only have 10.0" situation amongst others, where webdriver fails silently.
