Needs retesting; auto-scroll option is now available in the transcript component, and this is probably sufficient to satisfy this case.

Commenting annotations could be a good starting point for implementation; a new component for rendering annotations could start there and we could continue adding support for additional annotations as needed.

Right now Aviary is able to display these manifests but Ramp is not. We can look at the Aviary player for how implementation goes, and talk to AVAnnotate project members...
