Multiple Monitors and Launch Position

It seems that no matter what I try when launching EDScout it opens mostly off whatever monitor I have it set to open on. So I have to SHIFT-RIGHT-CLICK and hit move, then use the keys to move the application back into the center of the monitor and then enlarge it to make it Untitled full-screen.

I've seen that happen on my machine too. I think it's something to do with chrome but maybe I can find a way to record and restore the position more sensibly.
