Added options to `DominantColors` instances

Along with :image_type, you can also pass a custom :color_count when creating an instance of DominantColors. This allows you to override the global option Miro.options[:color_count].

@joelvh seems simple enough. sorry about the egregious delay on this. if you could provide some tests for it, I'd be happy to merge it in.
