Nothing loaded with no internet connection

We currently only store the id, read / deleted status and so when you load the app and read the file in nothing is displayed (title, link, description are not saved).

Since this is mostly a desktop / laptop app I am going to assume most people have an internet connection and wouldn't notice this, it would just be nice to load and show something on startup. Downside is it will take up more storage and a small storage footprint is nice.

This is a placeholder while contemplating the issue.
