I'd guess your issue with the videos is in your FFMPEG or mediapy installation.

CamP jointly solves for camera poses and radiance fields, so there's no way to use it to *just* run CamP without doing everything. You can save out the CamP camera...

No plans for this, but all of our code is straight JAX so if JAX supports M3 we should support it too.
