Expected Behavior

This is just a suggestion for taking a look into https://github.com/WICG/manifest-incubations/blob/gh-pages/note_taking-explainer.md

Current Behavior

This didn't appear to exist when I looked at the manifest. I originally thought this was supposed to be a demo app for this feature, but have come to realize the name was coincidental.
