device still disconnected after reconnected

Thanks for sharing this. I was able to try out openstf very easily and quickly on a Pi 3.

But if I physically remove a device and then reconnect it via USB, it still shows 'Disconnected' forever in openstf. I have to restart all 3 dockers to get the device to show connected again.

How can I refresh the devices without restarting?
