Content layout is wrong after change timezone

I make JTCalendar into custom view and show hide like popup, all thing is OK until I change timezone, day in layout is wrong so I pick wrong date. It happen when open app in default timezone (UTC +7), open calendar and it OK, now I open setting and change timezone manual to Sydney (UTC +11), back to app and reload view, open calendar and layout is wrong, when I tap into date 24 and result is date 23... only happen when I change timezone from lower to high.
