Release new version?

I ran into an issue that's fixed in master (Fix missing object asyncio.streams.IncompleteReadError).

Can we release a new version with this fix? Master is working great for me.

I'd like to third a new release if at all possible. This module has been a joy to use - thank you so much to the maintainers for your efforts. So much is fixed in master.

I wonder what the new release blockers might be?

Also, quite understand that this work is voluntary on the part of the maintainers, so please view my comment as fan mail rather than unwelcome prompting. We all have lives to lead and I totally respect that voluntary contributions have a cost.
