A couple of new features (and a bug fix?) in the findPhotoDupes script

Hi,

I've added these features:

  • Allow to specify hash method, based on imagehash available methods
  • New criterion to resolve: delete the smaller file (in bytes)

And I think you had one bug: why do you process the duplicates when PIL does not detect the file as image? I think it's the opposite, but please check the last change.
