How to activate the dark mode?

Dark mode is supported with the prefers-color-scheme media query.

Currently this theme just uses the minified CSS file generated by the casper3 theme, but when I get some time I will be porting over to use PostCSS and Hugo Pipes so it's more customisable which would mean dark mode could be enabled manually.

I would accept a pull request porting over to pipes if you or anyone else has the time.

@jonathanjanssens I would like to work on this, if you don't mind. I don't have much experience with css or scss, but you can just point me in the right direction I could get started? I already have a site running this theme, so I am already pretty invested in this 😅
