Dev Task: Add Lore Objects

Mainly just making this issue to test out what you think feature requests/ideas should look like from an intake perspective. But this is something we'll need (eventually), probably not a super high priority though.

Need a system that supports visible/readable lore objects. These could be lootable books, letters, notes or just items that are observable but not lootable (i.e. A statue, or plaque).
