Did the address in the GUI _ever_ match the one shown on the Ledger Nano S? It seems likely that you mixed up the wallet, or maybe selected a different...

Note: The main address will begin with a `4`, subaddresses begin with an `8`. It's also possible to select different addresses on the ledger device, so check that as well.
