slugify added again, this time from a fresh fork

this time the pull request should be clean?

edit: pretty big commit again, most of it depends on each other though. once this is pulled in i will start with branching, would have had quite some things in that commits that could have been branched

this pull request now also makes britto compatible to meteor 0.4.0

would be great if you could just look at the last commit and merge it into your version, just changed meteor.ui.render to meteor.render in one file there :)
