Update Gemfile version of curb

curb version 1.0.0 doesn't work in some linux versions

For example, on Debian I had to uninstall and install the curb gem to upgrade to 1.0.0, but that doesn't seem unusual? I don't work in Ruby since a few years now so not sure.
