Export order / reports page

Would be important to able to export orders as csv / excel file or have a separate reports page.

This should be something similar than other ecommerce platforms where you can atleast:

• select timerange
• see with and without vat prices / totals ( will update the list later)

This would be important so you can deliver the reports to your accountant / bookkeeping software

I think separate reports page would be a better option

Should it be only a CSV export? Wouldn't it be better if we can define in the config the export classes? Would be pretty neat and quite flexible.

A default export functionality is a great feature request.

I like your idea @leganz, making it possible to add more classes if wanted, to export any other format someone would need.

Which formats are most common? CSV? Excel? Others?
