How to load package from github

Hello,

On the Code tab of the git repository, where you can see all the files you have a button written Clone or Download. Select the option, Download ZIP, there you have all files needed

How do I open the files do that it is a slide? Is it a slide? I just have a bunch of files. Do I have to really open them one by one? I'm awfully confused. I opened the file with WINRAR then extracted them to my computer. I can't open the scripts or anything. is there a specific application that opens these files? idk what to do.

First, install Visual Studio Code, after that follow the videos on Udemy that explains everything.
