Request to remove unofficial client & api specification for Radio Garden
Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I noticed that you have created an unofficial api specification & client for our website's API on GitHub, and I would like to kindly request that you take it down.
As you may be aware, the API is proprietary and should not be accessed or used without our permission. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and must insist that our API is used only with our explicit permission.
Could you please remove the client from GitHub? I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Best regards, Jonathan Puckey
Radio Garden
Hello, Jonathan Puckey. I'm not owner of this repositiry. I've just found your contact here. How I can contact you directly? Is it possible to use your API for projects? I've wrote an email to Radio Garden, but without a response. Can you pls write me on my profile email? Thanks.
Hi @puckey!
Great to hear from you, and I'm glad this project caught your eye. 😄
I'm a huge fan and user of Radio Garden. I've discovered so many wonderful stations with the site's browsing tools and through recommendations on the Radio Garden subreddit.
I created this GitHub project both as a vehicle for learning the OpenAPI spec and as a means to experiment with my own Radio Garden exploration UIs.
At the time, I had searched at length for terms regarding the usage of the Radio Garden API, but couldn't find anything. Could you point me in the right direction?
Through this project I've discovered many other Radio Garden hobbyist developers. What are your thoughts on providing an official developer SDK (e.g., gated by API keys and rate limiting)?
