Custom heart rate targets
I'd like to set completely custom HR limits to certain workout steps. Currently I can only choose HR zone limits.
What are the scenarios where zones are not enough? It may be possible to achieve this by sharing a workout, editing the file and import it again.
Not something I have planned to change (I do not train with HR like that myself), but sure someone could contribute this.
Oh, you mean I can create a workout file with custom HR limits? I think it can be OK for me. Well, I just got a workout plan from my coach with rather gradual HR changes. Not completely sure what is the logic behind this. But I'm starting recovery after some break, so it seems at least reasonable that I need to adjust my training zones rather often.
