set unit preference not successful

After changing the length unit from kilometer to mile, the app didn't convert the length unit successfully in Interval model unless the app was restarted.

I believe this is due to that the start activity is not restarted when settings are changed. The solution is not so easy. Some of this need to rewritten with fragments anyway. So low priority, simple workaround.

The poor handling of Miles in general is a bigger problem.
