wip Disable RunKeeper Synchronizer

RunKeeper has depreciated the HealthGraph API, supposedly new users do not get access tokens.

This will anot affect users that has configured RK already, as long as RK is not completely malfunctioning, RK can be disblayed as a "disabled" account.
