Feature request: Shoe tracker
A useful feature would be to track the usage of different running shoes. This would warn the user when shoes are getting old and need to be replaced. After each activity recording the user can select one of several shoes that have been configured previously. The distance of this activity gets added to the total distance for each shoe. In a separate view the app shows the total distance covered with each shoe.
What about using runalyze or tredict?!
It would be useful to have this feature integrated inside the RunnerUp app. This way it is not necessary to use other services that come with their own privacy concerns.
Privacy is one of the strongest use cases for RU, workouts/notifications is the other. But I believe RU needs a lot of other functionality to be viable as the only app, but sure, it is a use case. If someone implements this in a good way, it can be included of course, but probably not me. (I am stuck on why Pebble stopped working.)
