Interval warmup and cooldown checkboxes can't be deselected

I'm using RunnerUp on a Pixel 3a XL running Android 11. On the Interval panel, the warmup and cooldown checkboxes are greyed out and can't be deselected. Screenshot below.

Use Advanced to change this. Interval tab should be removed and an Interval workout is added instead.

Sorry, what do you mean by "use Advanced"? I don't see an "Advanced" menu under settings.

Create an advanced workout instead
