confirmation on Permanent Delete (Maintenance)

I think that a good practice for this type of actions is to ask for confirmation. And deleting individual activities has a dialog.

Practicing outdoors sport, sunglasses and sweating make easy to touch where you shouldn't. For example it happened to me today but luckily I had a recent export ;)

This is for Settings-Maintenance-Erase where you can purge activities that has already been deleted as well as import/export. (This should really just a problem for import, an old db could overwrite current db.)
