Choosen language not remembered !!
My CLI is running in French language : OK. When I shutdown my PC (or quit CLI) and restart, CLI come back in English, every time !! Here are Advanced Settings before closing (top) and after restart (bottom).
It looks like the bug is : the highlighted key (the last of the list) is not "registered"
Surprisingly, it's working well for Portuguese (Brasil - pt-BR- and Portugal - pt-PT) : when you restart it's still in Portuguese. But German (de) is getting the same problem than French : at restart ... back to English !! :-(

I don't understand !! This issue is still there !! No reaction from the developer ! Perhaps he/she don't worry about the French speaking users :o(
I'm sorry, this issue should not have been marked as stale (I switched stale bots and forgot to add tag exemptions). This is still on my todo list. I'm just really busy at the moment and don't have a lot of time to work on CapsLock Indicator, so please bear with me while progress is slow ATM. I hope things resolve quickly so I can get working on CLI again
