Correct
No applications are working. Problems: one displays an update alert and you cannot use the application without updating. Others cannot login with netflix account
If possible, update apps to the current version of Netflix, or at least one version that has the new layout.
Hi @Valeria-h, I'm sorry to hear that. I use version 4.13.0 myself but I haven't logged out recently. I'll look if I can get a newer version to work.
@Valeria-h I'm sorry but at the moment I'm not able to patch a newer version. I'll still try though. In the meantime please try using version 4.13.0 . You can dismiss the update dialog and login in normally (tested on Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2016, Android 8.1)
Little update here. I've patched version 4.16.3 (link in Readme) so some bugs someone might have could be fixed. I'm still trying to patch newer versions but I don't expect that to work until an Apktool Update.
Works great with my Huawei P30 Lite, downloads and everything. I was very dissapointed when I saw I had Widevine L1 but neither Netflix nor Prime Video worked in HD. At least I can have Netflix this way
Not works fine for me. Samsung S7edge, rooted with magisk, security level L1, using custom ROM. It says I can't connect to Netflix network service. But my network works very well. I'll describe it below. Before I know this patched version, I was just using a magisk module called "liboemcrypto disabler" which makes me can watch Netflix but not in good quality because this module turns the securite level back to L3. Netflix network connection works very well but I can just watch SD videos, which is sad. With this module uninstalled, security level L1 now, I installed the patched version and opened it. And it just says can't connect to Netflix network service after a long time of connection. As said above, my network is pretty good. I just don't know why. With liboemcrypto disabler installed, I can watch SD videos very well cause I'm L3. With it uninstalled and the patched version installed, it can't connect to Netflix network connection, but the security level is L1. Error code -9. Can't connect to Netflix service. Is there anyone had this problem? Could anyone help me? Thanks btw.
4.16.3 isn't recognized as an apk on my Lenovo tab m8 w/ Android 9 (directly downloaded to the tablet), but the latest deprecated version does work for 1080p.
I'm very happy to inform you that I have now patched version 5.12.3 . I was able to resolve the login issues. It's not a very new version, but it includes bugfixes and minor new features like the Skip-Intro button.

@CurssedCoffin it is not possible to use Widevine Level 1 with rooted devices and custom firmware. But you need it in order to watch HD content on netflix.

5.12.3 is no longer working, will not login or contact netflix... on my km9pro
@T4Abyss I'm very sorry that it is not working for you anymore. Because I recently switched to a new device, which is whitelisted by Netflix, I am no longer using the modified app and therefore also not developing the app further.
I understand fully, and thanks for the reply, my work around is to hit the Netflix button on my (Roku) smart tv instead 😂
