Unable to run multiple Nvidia cards in one instance on Ubuntu

Hi,

If I run the miner with multiple Nvidia cards on Ubuntu, I only get 1 card actually mining.

If I run without the -nvidia-fix, what I see is this:

The cards report the same hash rate, and only one card's worth ever shows at the pool.

If I run with the -nvidia-fix, I see this:

It appears that card '1' is not being fed any new work?

Any ideas what could be causing this. I have tried on multiple rigs and see the same behaviour.
