Bulk2.0 functionality has been added with v1.12.5 #679

This is up now on pypi - there was an issue with a missing line in the readme prevent pypi deployment.

@matinlotfali / @deckblad - Are you still seeing this issue with the most recent version? I believe this should be fixed with the updates to bulk api batching.

With bulk API v1 the results returned does not include any information about the referenced row. I may look into adding some functionality when we retrieve the batch results to...
