Digital ROI: Transitioning between numbers not working properly

I have installed the system for a about a year now and I believe I have set it up and configured in an okayisch way. Most of the times all readings are fine, but when a transition happens between two digital values, the system sometimes recognises the previous and sometimes the new value, obviously resutlting in errors and wrong flow rates. I have now experimented with all algorithm available, but none of them works flawlessly.

My digital values seem to turn very early and are only fully turned when it is exactly .0000

Below are a few examples on the parts in questions. For the older ones I don't know which algorithm was in place, but maybe it is sufficient for someone to understand what my issue is.

I would be grateful for any kind of nudge into the right direction. Let me know if any other information / logs are required.

Example from today: Correct value: 258.6213

Example 2: 244.037 is more correct than 243.037 but it is likely 243.937

Example 3: This is a misinterpreation between the digits 3 and 9.

Example 4: This shows how early the digits turns. .It looks like 240 but it still is 239
