Add MQTT option to allow high rate for a time

The Feature

There are situations where a higher than normal rate of water consumption is needed, e.g. Watering the garden or filling the tub Currently there is a risk of triggering the “rate too high” error or alternatively risk of water damage by increasing the allowed rate.

It would be nice to have the option of allowing a higher rate for a while through MQTT

I would say this should be handled in a home automation system. Keep in mind that the purpose of this device in first line is to digitalize the analogue meters.

At the high level, I agree. The rate limit in the digitizer is really useful for detecting wrong readings, but it also detects high usage. This is a very fine balance. I would certainly control this from HA, but would to be able to tell the digitizer: "It's OK, you really did read that high rate"
