Can extract Perfect Dark MIDIs with N64 Soundbank Tool except one

Open NotFragile74 opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

OK, I'm able to extract MIDI files with the N64 Soundbank Tool, and I was trying to extract a particular one from Perfect Dark: the beta version of the Deep Sea music ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY5z3sMpqdg]). However, that one doesn't show up in the list of music files, nor does it show up in the music file list when you open up the game in GE Setup Editor. I downloaded a miniUSF of the file elsewhere, but all attempts to convert that to a MIDI have failed.

You'll need to use GoldenEye Setup Editor instead - that has them all. https://github.com/carnivoroussociety/GoldEditor

I tried that and the Deep Sea Beta track is still missing, but maybe I don't have the latest version. Let me try that and I'll get back to you.

UPDATE: I installed the latest version and it refuses to run no matter how many times I double click on the PerfectGold application.
