Consent decline - behaviour during deep linking

Describe the bug For deep linking the decline button on consent screen should redirect back to initiating app and not redicredt to Home screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Initiate e.g. credential exchange from other app
2. Decline the interaction
3. HERE: redirect back to the other app

Expected behavior Should redirect back to the initially interacted with app.

This is still open and needs to be addressed for all deep linking interaction flows.
