Explanation of GO results columns

Hello,

I am using online GREAT, and was wondering if I could get an explanation of what the following column names in the GO output mean:

  • FgRegionsHit
  • BgRegionsHit
  • FgSetTermCov
  • TermCov
  • NumFgGenesHit
  • NumBgGenesHit
  • TotalGenes
